A Different Kind of Organization
Designed to meet the needs of 21st century educators, CRSTE promotes collaboration among existing professional education organizations. Free of traditional geographic and political boundaries, CRSTE reaches out to educators across the national capital region and around the world, modeling the global sharing of ideas, energies and resources necessary in the Information Age.

CRSTE is truly a 21st century organization, with no large overhead of ongoing expenses. Rather, we earn the interest and support of educators by providing timely, flexible, high-interest initiatives that meet the ever-changing professional needs of administrators, technical staff, teachers, pre-service teachers, higher education and business. CRSTE is also a green organization, with most of its correspondence, announcements, resources, meetings and professional development events online.

Working with existing organizations that promote technology at state and local levels, CRSTE promotes synergy by offering an economy of scale that minimizes a duplication of efforts and creates opportunity for savings.
